What is Base44?
Base44 is an AI-driven platform for building web applications. You describe what you need in plain language and Base44 generates a working app: the interface, the database, user login and the logic that ties them together. Wix acquired Base44 in 2025.
How does it work?
- Describe your idea: for example, "a CRM for my rental company with customer profiles, a booking calendar and invoices".
- The AI builds a first version: screens, data structure and logic are generated together.
- Refine: you test the app and ask for changes until it works the way you want.
- Publish: the app goes live on Base44's hosting, on your own domain if you wish.

When is Base44 a good choice?

Costs
